With over a decade of experience in real estate, Alesha brings to GR8 Disability Housing a strong background in property management along with a deep, personal connection to care work. Originally from New Zealand, Alesha began her career as a receptionist in a real estate office, following in her father’s footsteps.

During her early years however, she’d spent time working alongside her mother who was a mental health nurse supporting people who required 24/7 care. It was this early work experience that sparked in Alesha a lasting empathy for those living with complex needs.

Alesha has also worked in aged care, including in dementia support and hospital settings, and this too helped shape her profound sense of purpose. For Alesha, disability housing represents the perfect intersection of her career in property and her desire to help people.

Whether she’s in the office managing admin tasks or out on the road meeting tenants, owners, and contractors, Alesha brings warmth, professionalism and compassion to every interaction, highlighting her commitment to service and genuine care for others.
