GR8 NDIS Housing.
The right housing can be life-changing.
Your home should work for you — your lifestyle, your goals, your independence.
At GR8 Disability Housing, we provide eligible NDIS participants with a safe, comfortable, and supportive place to call home. Whether you need day-to-day help through Supported Independent Living (SIL) or specialist features through Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), we can guide you through the process and match you with a home that suits your needs.
Our housing options.
SIL housing.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is support you receive at home to help you live as independently as possible. It’s provided through shared accommodation and can include help with:
- Personal care (e.g. showering, dressing)
- Cooking and meal planning
- Cleaning and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Transport
- Developing everyday life skills
SIL funding is best suited for people who need support throughout the day or overnight while living in a shared home.
SDA housing.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) refers to specially designed or altered homes for people with very high support needs or significant physical impairments. SDA homes might include:
- Assistive technology and smart home features
- Wide doorways and step-free access
- Hoists or ceiling tracks
- Accessible bathrooms and kitchens
If you’re eligible for SDA, you’ll receive funding in your NDIS plan that helps cover the cost of living in these purpose-built homes.
Get started as an SDA participant.
If you’re an SDA participant and ready to take the next step, complete our SDA Participant Application Form. This helps us understand your support needs, preferences, and what kind of housing you're looking for.
