Cherie has worked across sales and all aspects of property management, but it’s her transition into disability housing in 2024 that has given her work a deeper sense of purpose.

With over 16 years of experience in real estate, Cherie brings a wealth of industry knowledge to our team, supporting NDIS participants with care and compassion as she helps them find that perfect home; a home that offers independence, safety and stability in a supported environment. Cherie recalls the moment when a non-verbal NDIS participant in a wheelchair lit up with joy when touring her future home. For Cherie, it was a powerful reminder of why quality disability housing is vital.



Cherie’s role at GR8 Disability Housing is certainly varied, encompassing everything from property maintenance to inspections, leasing and tenant support. She also contributes to streamlining internal systems to help everything run seamlessly and welcomes every opportunity to learn about our important industry sector. What she values most, however, is our team’s family-first culture and working with a group of people who genuinely care.
