Lachlan brings a hands-on background in residential and commercial construction to our team, with five years’ experience building across the Perth metro area. Shifting career from steel-capped boots to a collared shirt, Lachlan now plays a hybrid role that spans marketing and administration roles at GR8 Disability Housing.

Motivated by family experience and a drive to give back, he finds meaning in helping create opportunities for people living with disabilities, especially those who might never achieve independent living without support. Seeing a participant move into their purpose-designed forever home is always a highlight.



No two days are the same for Lachlan, but one constant is his 8:30am coffee before diving into emails, social media and operational logistics. He has quickly come to realise that working in disability housing really is “good for the soul” when everyone genuinely cares. For Lachlan, watching lives transform, particularly in regional areas where NDIS access was once non-existent, makes any challenge along the way more than worth it.
